At Me & Foxy McGee our design process is very thorough, yet we remain creative and flexible. The process required for each project's completion takes on a different light dependent upon the complexity of the design, the work involved and communication with the client.

The steps below will provide you with a generalized idea of what transpires within an average project.The most important part of any design process is communication between parties.

With exceptional feedback and communication from the client most projects can proceed and come to fruition rather quickly, and can be completed in 7-10 days. This timeline can be greatly affected by the client's promptness in responding to emails. Most designers tend to have a number of projects ongoing at any given time. If you will be unavailable at any time during your project, please let me know so I can start/finish with another client while waiting to work with you to complete your project.

Onwards to the process:


Step One: The Beginning

You provide me with the ideas and specifics for your project and I will supply you with an estimation of the potential cost. In most all cases I will require a non-refundable deposit and this will be determined by the size of the project, the complexity of the design and the amount of my time required to complete the project.

Step Two: My Questions

Before beginning your project, I will send you and email containing a number of questions to be answered by you. These questions will help me to determine what your design needs and expectations are. You will need to respond to these questions as specifically and completeley as possible. The more information you are able to provide me with the easier it will be for me to develop your design and complete your project.

Step Three: Developing Your Ideas

After receiving feedback from you, I will develop ideas and/or concepts for your design. Your initial design mockup will illustrate color scheme, layout and graphics based on the feedback you provided me. You will also notice Me & Foxy McGee's watermark on your images - This watermark will remain until the final design has bee approved and your bill has been satisfied per our previously agreed to terms.

Step Four: Time for you to Tweak My Work

This is a very important part to the design process and may involve several rounds of emailing back and forth - Your prompt attention and response to these emails will ensure your project is completed quickly and efficiently. Once you have received the initial design mock-up you will need to provide me with detailed feedback about what you like/dislike concerning the design. The more detail you can provide the easier it will be for me to narrow down the direction with which to proceed with your project and bring it to completion.

Step Five: The Finale'

Your design is perfecto and then are no more changes necessary! I will issue a final invoice to you and once that invoice is paid your graphics will be emailed to you(minus the watermarks.)
